Dylan is an attorney and real estate investor. Dylan studies housing market trends while focusing on underwriting and sourcing commercial multifamily deals. He oversees acquisition and overall asset management to ensure the right team is in place to add value and bring higher returns to investors. He utilizes experienced operators in the multifamily domain across various markets that offer critical expertise over the hold period, further ensuring that investor’s capital is in good hands.

Dylan’s goal is to find the best deals with the highest potential returns for investors then operate them over the hold period. In order to find the best deals, Dylan leverages existing relationships with real estate professionals across various markets. Dylan is very selective over the deals we pursue and goes to great lengths to offer only the best investment opportunities.

Rod Khleif

Rod Khleif is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, multiple business owner, author, mentor, and community philanthropist who is passionate about business, life, success, and giving back. As one of the country’s top real estate trainers, Rod has personally owned and managed over 2,000 properties.

As an accomplished entrepreneur, Rod has built several successful multi-million-dollar businesses. As a community philanthropist, Rod founded and directs The Tiny Hands Foundation, which has benefited more than 75,000 community children and families in need.

Hemant Pawar

Advisor and Partner

Hemant Pawar is the Managing Principal of Jewel Equity and is owner operator of multi-million dollar commercial properties across USA.
His previous background as an IT Program Director with the largest organizations gave him the necessary skill set to run large scale operations in real estate. He has an investor focused approach and has implemented strong processes around streamlining investor communications and operations. He runs a private charity organization that has so far adopted 27 human trafficking victims from Africa, Central Asia & Middle east
He has an MBA and Engineering degree and, his interests include travel, health and fitness and spirituality.
